- Pay your $200 deposit by:
- Mailing a check to the address above
- Calling FHM with your credit card information (type of card, number and expiration date). Our telephone is 919-382-5500.
- Submitting a credit or debit card payment on-line through
PayPal. (Make sure you mail us the forms.)
NOTE: 2008 trips are $800 ($200 deposit plus $600 due 1 month before you travel) PLUS airfare.
2009 trips are $900 plus airfare to cover escalating costs in Haiti.
- Don't forget to make your plane reservation. Check with FHM first to make sure you will be on the right flight from Miami to Haiti and from Port-au-Prince back to Miaim. See the Mission Guidebook for more details.
