To let others know about your generosity and your efforts to improve health care in Haiti, your name will be inscribed on a plaque at the Surgical Facility's entrance. Contributions categories are: 

Advocates - $1000

Partners - $2000 or more

Leaders - $5000 or more

Founder's Club - $10,000 or more

Founder's Circle - $25,000 or more
